Notes: During the 2 hours of astronomical twilight available at this late spring night I tried to get an image with galaxies NGC3729 and NGC3718 on the same frame. Latter one of the twilight hours was almost free of clouds so I managed to get 100 usable exposures. However, I didn't do well on aiming the telescope. If the indicated galaxy is NGC3729 then I should have aimed a half-frame to right (east) to get also the NGC3718. Update 9.5.2004:
I downloaded a digital sky survey image of this area to check if this image really contains the NGC3729 galaxy. It appears that it is so, but at same time I discovered four ghost stars from my image. These, and where they came from, are indicated in the other image with arrows. This kind of ghost images are generated in stacking process when some of the frames are not aligned properly. Now I have to do the stacking process again taking care of proper alignment.
